Shipping rates & delivery

Orders are made in small batches and take 2-5 days to ship. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days via USPS/FedEx once shipped.

International shipping

We're so grateful to serve this generation all over the world. International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days depending on your location and local customs. Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

If your tracking number begins with 'AHOY' you can track it with Asendia.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your herbs all the way to your door.

If your package hasn't moved in over 7 days or was marked delivered but never arrived, please submit our Order Issue Form and we'll look into it right away.

A note on delays

Once your package is in the carrier's hands, delivery timelines are out of our control. We appreciate your patience and are always here to help you track down your order.
